garment no.10



























garment no.10 belongs to Harriet

This linen cardigan had three tears in where Harriet had caught the sleeve and back on a door.

I have mended this garment using a three strand Sashiko thread doubled over in a contrasting brown colour to the mustard of the cardigan. I have used linen patches to line the inside and used a simple running stitch backwards and forwards to reinforce the garment and mend it.
